Doublebase Once Emollient

Glycerol 15%, isopropyl myristate 15%, liquid paraffin 15%, steareth-21, macrogol stearyl ether (a soap substitute), ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, caprylyl glycol, povidone, trolamine, carbomer and purified water

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

• Once is a long-lasting, high-performance emollient that can be applied once daily or as often as required.
• Gently smooth Doublebase Once over and around all dry skin areas once daily or as often as needed
• Simply smooth onto dry skin, in the direction of hair growth to avoid blocking hair follicles.
• Don’t rub it into your skin vigorously, as this can irritate dry skin conditions.
• For best results use every day, even when skin appears normal; making sure you don’t just concentrate on problem areas. This will help make sure your skin stays in good condition.
• It’s also a good idea to apply Once immediately after a bath, shower or hand washing, as this helps trap moisture in the skin. Just make sure you pat (don’t rub) your skin dry before application, as rubbing can irritate dry skin conditions.
• When used as a soap substitute for washing, in order to prevent further drying of the skin, use as you would use your normal soap.
• If you are applying another treatment to the same areas of skin as Doublebase Once, try to avoid mixing the two products. This can be achieved by applying the treatments alternately, leaving sufficient time to allow the previous application to soak in.

Do not smoke or go near naked flames – risk of severe burns. Fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc) that has been in contact with this product burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up, but not totally remove it.

• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Do not use after the use-by date shown on the container. The use-by date refers to the last day of that month.
• Do not store above 25°C.
• After use, it is advisable to lock the pump by turning it in the direction of the stop arrow.
• Occasionally, a small pocket of air may form around the bottom end of the pump’s dip tube, making it harder to pump the gel out. This may be resolved by tapping the base of the bottle firmly on a hard surface two or three times, so the gel can settle at the bottom around the end of the dip tube. The pump should then be pumped slowly.
