We offer a range of delivery services to ensure your products reach you in a timely manner. For any international orders -- please contact us to ensure we are able to provide you a service. All products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.  DESPATCH OF ALL ORDERS IS DEPENDENT ON APPROVAL DATE/TIME - we only dispatch on normal working days so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Note: THERE IS NO DELIVERY CHARGE ATTACHED TO ANY NHS PRESCRIPTIONS IN LINE WITH DISTANCE SELLING PHARMACY REGULATIONS If you would like to return some of your unwanted medication for disposal at our premises please ensure you take the following steps: - Phone our office on 0121 628 5318 and speak to a member of the dispensary, if your call pertains to CD drugs then ensure you ask for a Pharmacist. - Book an appointment for the delivery driver to attend your address - If your address is outside of the delivery drivers parameter we can send you some secured packaging to return your medication to us. - You must only send us what you have booked in and nothing else, DO NOT send us sharp items or clinical/contaminated waste. - Separate any cytotoxic medications or hazardous medication from any other medication - Only send us medication if you have made a booking with us otherwise the parcels will not be accepted and it will be returned to the sender. - remember you can always dispose of your medication quickly and safely by taking them to ANY local pharmacy even if you don't get your medication from them
