Strepsils Sore Throat and Cough Lozenges combine two antiseptics and Levomenthol for dual relief. Our combination of antiseptics (2, 4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg, Amylmetacresol 0.6 mg) and Levomenthol (a mild local anaesthetic) provide you with dual relief from your sore throat and irritating coughs. Unlike non-medicated throat sweets, Strepsils Sore Throat and Cough contain medicine that works long after the lozenge is gone, for relief up to 2 hours.

Active Ingredient
The active substances are: 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg and Amylmetacresol 0.6mg, Levomenthol 8.0mg.
The other ingredients are: Liquid sucrose, Liquid glucose (containing Wheat Starch (containingGluten) and Sulphites – Sulphur Dioxide (E220)), Tartaric acid, Eucalyptus oil (containing d-Limonene), Indigo carmine (E132).
Dosage

Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours.

Up to to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

For oral administration only.

If symptoms persist, have not improved, or have worsened after 3 days, consult a doctor or healthcare professional.
